Back for a new start

IM back in KL for my new semester. Registration will be on Thursday, for my course /school.

I got back quite late last night. Typical Air Asia to delay flights (10 minutes – 30 minutes). Flight was supposed to take off at 7.10pm. However at that hour, Half the Queue for the flight boarding has not yet gone through the “boarding pass ticket tearing guys.”

Flight ETA – 8.50PM but Arrival was at 9.00PM. The plane was parked so far away! I had to walk from the end of the terminal to another end just to enter the building. NOTE ** Air Asia lands at KLIA LCCT – just steps – no aerobridges or stuff like that.

Anyway, I got in and took my suitcase. Wan was waiting outside, seated at the left side of the Domestic Arrivals exit. I have to say that he is very kind and I was thankful that he picked me up from the airport.

We exited the toll plaza at USJ (ELITE EXPRESSWAY) but end up L.O.S.T. For a bit.

Yes! LOST and blurry. Supposedly exiting the toll plaza saves toll. NOT!

We end up driving around Puchong. Met not one but two open system toll plazas at LDP.

Miserable? We overshot the ramp to go down the Federal highway and ended up on the cable bridge Flyover. At least I know where to U-turn!....

U turn upfront, we were back on Federal and headed to my condo. We dropped the luggage and walked to Jalan Putra mamak stall since we were starving. Anyways, Wan drove up from Batu Pahat Johor, this morning and I told him to bunk at my place. We chatted till God knows what time – 2 in the morning….

Woke up at 5am… NUTS? I just woke up fresh…. Played Shania Twain on the CD player and watched a bit of Little Britain. I introduced Wan to Google Earth and we “explored” Kuching, Shah Alam, Johor, Perlis and lots more places which I don’t bother listing down…

YAWN!... Showered and went to the mall and got me meds. I come back here, its mandatory that I get sick.. Stocked up my Brufen, Zantac, and my Asthalin. Gastric knocking… we went to have brunch. Chicken Rice was the craving… took a peek at Chicken rice shop. The price is overwhelming!- U turn to the foodcourt….

At RM 5.50 would be the price for a plate of Chicken rice here in the metropolitan city. It wasn’t that bad although I wished there is “SINGAPORE CHICKEN RICE” over here… The chicken rice is so yummy and other stuff listed in the menu. Too bad this past two weeks I was not able to go there and eat. I did not even have a good bowl of Laksa… L

At least I ate KOLO Mee tough. Took away some with Ismail after watching FANTASTIC 4 – RISE OF THE SILVER SURFER.

I just cant help but realize that there are so many elements in the CGI are related to Charmed. The way that Doctor Doom killed and his cloak is so reminiscent of Julian McMahon when he portrayed “THE SOURCE” of all evil, Blasting power is like Piper’s and healing by the silver surfer is so Whitelighter / Avatar – ish!

Anyway, movie was Friday night June 15…. With Ismail, Adrian, Redziz, Azai, Jerry and Azahari at Star Cineplex. I cant help it but say, “I sik puas time cuti tok” I only went out with gang twice, movie and bowling. Bowling again with bro a couple of times. I did not even go to Saberkas / TJ / SP or anywhere shopping! Pathetic???

Its like – Yusri arrives at KIA today, Mum and dad flies off tomorrow…. And a few different trips, sometimes I ask…. And wonder, my “2 weeks” holiday down the drain? Where is it??

I didn’t slept much, I’m tired and whacked after final exams and I register for the new sem looking the same… worn OUT!

Being the type of person that does not have afternoon naps… I totally slept this afternoon due to “tired”. Part of why I hate traveling, I just get so worn out…

I just made an appointment with the tailor, gotta go later and see her at Cititel, she has to take my measurements for my “raya shirt”. I got material back in Kuching, and sent it to her shop yesterday, she was closed. Mum called and realized that she is in KL. So she has her measuring tape she is taking my measurements here…. Part of it I think its ridiculous… J

I got to go eat now. Starting to get hungry… till the next entry

PS :I got my head shaved again… So this is me shaven V3

feelings are weird

I have been sleeping or may I say overslept! this two days....

I simply cant wake up to the alarm which is ridiculous and due to that I missed my 8am Class yesterday...

Biting on 2 couple of Chilly Padi the night before also did not help as I was attacked by very bad stomach ache...

OB class at 10... I arrived "fashionably late" at 11am and on the way I almost ran on to the posterior of a stupid motorcyclist at Jalan Bukit Tunku because of his stupidity (again!) for not signaling bloody early and making a spur in a moment stop! and belok...

No Offence to motorcyclists, they really should invest some money in good bright bulbs for their brake lights which are the same quality with the traffic lights since the normal ones would blow off their tungsten filamens in weeks. Not to mention dim and faulty signals.

Some people turn left but signal right! WHATS UP WITH DAT???!!!

MISCOMMUNICATION AND CARELESSNESS LEADS TO ANNOYANCE AND TO THE POINT OF LOSING THEIR FUCKIN LIVES!!!!

With that said, the world's Grand design has its uniqueness. I just experienced....

Last night coming back from College, I went to send my laundry and made a stop to the ATM machine. Whilst walking uphill exiting my Condo and listening to "Mel C - Goin Down" on my Ipod, I just had the urge to ask whether my closest relative was ok or not...

I didn't know why... So I typed the sms. No reply - so I guess he is asleep...

In perspective, It is said if a close relative is experiencing pain or even death, Our Heart will know of the pain. Feeling uneasy or even void...

Finally I was able to call him.... Poor Kid had the sniffles... and was KO-ed by his meds...

Isn't it IRONIC? Dontcha think.......

anyway,... with that said, I gotta get ready to go... I still need to go College although classes are canceled. Got meeting with my lec and with my group members...

Finals happen in Saturday and I have not even taken my exam slip... I just hate the overcrowded account and exam department!

hell of a week

Hell of a week…

I just arrived home after being stuck in traffic for about two hours. My Organizational Behavior(OB)  class ended at 6pm. I felt terrible throughout the class with a hard knocking headache plus hot flashes (not the menopause type), The only way to describe it is having heat practically gushing out of my epidermis.

This was due to my hell of a week and the Pameran “Cuti-Cuti Malaysia” before that.

The time frame from May 13th to May 17th 2007, I can define it to be the most fatiguing, physically and mentally tiring for me as a human being due to the happenings that occurred in this time period and before that.

DEADLINES + Mid-terms + Responsibility!!!!

Three subjects taken this short – semester. Organizational Behavior, Mandarin and Co-curriculum. All taxing in their own ways. Don’t be surprised if anyone hears how much students hate short semesters. The time limit from 1st week till the finals is just plain ridiculous. Semester started back in the 9th of April and my final exams will be from 26th May until the 29th May.

Organizational Behavior Case study deadline – May 14th….

May 12th,had mid terms for Mandarin. Had lunch at SACC with Lina and Minie. Went around SACC Mall and saw Ladders match by WWE DVD. By the time I got home, at 1600, I was playing the DVD. Didn’t really ate dinner since I was lazy plus tired to even look at the kitchen. Mum called and told me to check out the HALAL food Fair at PWTC which is near my condo. Done with the first DVD, I went down to PWTC and when I got there I felt like I was in India + so freakishly out of place. There was a MIC meeting there and “I have never met / seen such a large number of Indian Population.

I went blur and called mum, and told her that there is nothing involved with Halal Food in the building. Told her to check the newspaper again, she totally mistaken the venue and Its at KLCC Convention Centre.

OH GOSH!

I was like WHAT?!

Frustrated and already tired, I stopped by the Mall and got a pack of milk, Bittersweet chocolate and a tub of Buds ice cream. I’m so having Cravings!

-Palak tension carik coklat- Teruk aku tok @_@

Got home and munched on the chocolate. Milk was out so had to restock. It’s the only thing I can drink before dashing of to classes especially in the morning, for the sake of lining my stomach and just surviving for another 4 hours before eating Brunch… (late breakfast = lunch).

I went on watching ladder match till midnight. Showered and then slept.

SUNDAY morning May 13th…

My crazy alarm rang at 9am on a Sunday morning. It was Mothers day beeping on my organizer. Called mum up and wished Mothers day greetings.

Lina accompanied me to Halal Fair at KLCC convention Centre. My legs hurt since getting from the carpark to the KLCC convention Centre area via Centre court at the concourse was quite far. Not only that the area inside the fair was huge. By the time we were done and finding the exit there was a sign “200 more booths ahead”. Oh dear…

I has happy though there was a Sarawak booth selling stuff. I was not big on the cakes (lapis/layered) however I couldn’t resist kuih cincin, tebaloi, and some Lee Fah mee at RM 5 for 3 packs that contained 5 more servings and a free bowl.

The plan was totally for taking pamphlets for mum but I ended up cashing out Rm 38++ and KLCC carpark rates on weekends are not exactly cheap.

I started to do my OB case studies in the evening and when the clock was at 2am… I totally “screw it” I need to sleep…. Doing the case studies was quite painful and hard for the brain. I woke up Monday morning at 6am and continued typing. Printed 15 pages.

Monday morning it was raining cats and dogs with thunder and lightning…

Thankfully Sumi smsed me to inform class cancel. Angel whom was supposed to follow me to class arrived and hung out here till I finished typing which was at 10am. She took the train home and I made my way to College. OB class at 1pm but I just came early so I could be filled in on a group meeting that was done by Sumi (my treasurer) and Wan (my Naib Pengerusi). Went to print purple front page for my case study assignment.

Got to class and went for ajk Induk (main committee) meet until 1600. My girls (secretary and Perak-kians) got props from the Ministry to aid in the Visit Malaysia campaign. Wan and I drove up to Ipoh and arrived at McD Gopeng at 7.30pm. Starvin, we ate while waiting for the girls. I barely finished a McChicken as I felt nauseous and wanted to throw up. This was contributed by having a hot dog bun only this morning from Hooha coz I had to rush as my gaps between classes were not exactly let me sit down and eat. My girls sontacted me during the AJK induk meet. Bad did not came so I had to collect money as Assistant treasurer for the Ajk induk. Gave the money to the president since I will be driving up to Perak I did not want to hold the Cash.

Met the girls and collected stuff. Ipoh is a nice city, contrasting to Kl, It does not have high rise buildings. Other than that, astonished Wan and I were when on the Expressway which is built quite high, clouds were floating left and right of view. There was also a waterfall on the way there.

However, having eaten a bad meal and not to mention late, Wan and I had gastric problems and “suffered” quite a bit during our drive back. He took over the wheel as we headed back to KL.

I got home by 1.30am. Slept at 2am. I was knocked out till 9am.

I felt bad for Wan since he had exams at 8am and did not get any shuteye time. Thanks Goodness my test was at 4pm so I had a few hours to study. After the test, ate at McD again, this time a full meal since gastric wasn’t as bad as the day before.

The stuff had to be stored at our treasurers house since her crib was close to college. It was a lot and I was overwhelmed of the amount of goods given and the effort that the girls put into obtaining the prop. Thanks to Rezlin, Shahrun Nurul, Noofarrahana and Yunzi with their effort in their Land Of Grace hopes of having a good show was cemented.

Wednesday, my day started at 6am typing assignment. Thank you Wan for the “assist” – JASAMU dikenang .

Couldn’t type last night since all I wanted to do is sleep. Classes starts at 8am. My OB class was cancelled and only informed by the lecturer when we got there. I had to travel from annex 41 to block C since it was back to back. I went to Selasih and had breakfast with a short discussion. Met Yin and Intan, at their condo. Intan was rushing like mad since she was so late for her test. So Yin was doing the replica alone for The Leaning tower at Teluk Intan. We chatted for a bit and I helped her draw and cut some manila card so she could stick it to the tower. By 2 Sumi smsed and we headed to TESCO to get the mineral water packs for the group and I grabbed sushi for my lunch. Dropped sumi home and I met Kak Roza at the intersection, we talked for a bit and went off our respective directions. After that, met Wan at Bkt Subang, and headed back to college.

However….

While driving, DAD called and gave me a whole lot of Sh!t. He just got my bill claims for the month. I was not expecting an atomic bomb to erupt just because I asked for 300 for my Smart tag, reload and Electricity bill. That old bloke must have forgotten that he visited and blasted 2 a/c on and not turning them off with the lights when he came with his Favorite Engineering son. I even had to stop at the emergency lane to take the call as I totally could not concentrate. I had a few bad days and the last thing I needed was a Finance lecture from “Prof  daddy”.

I was enraged for a bit with absolutely no mood, and the Naib Pengerusi for the Ajk Induk wanted groups to send representatives to kolej to discuss on the canopy / tents position. It was so last minute! Sms received at 3.20 and he wanted us to arrive by 3.30pm.

Mum and Miss Then were so sweet to “pujuk” me and calm me down. I really appreciated that. I wouldn’t know what to do without them…

I phoned my secretary to inform my Equipment Biro to be there but it seems that when Wan and I arrived at 4pm, Secretary also just arrived… Anyway, all went well as info was given and tentative was given out.

Back to Sumi’s and got to stuff. Went to TESCO again and had dinner. There was a new stall opened there by a Chinese Muslim guy. I was in the mood for soupy noodles and Hooray!!!
I had a good bowl of Beef and taufu noodle soup. I totally wanna comeback there and try the dumplings. Grabbed the “talirafia” and back to college. There was a commotion at the maintenance department as the security complained about a rude kid. I felt that this situation was totally unnecessary. We had a short meet at Hall H and gave out t-shirts to be worn by the members during the event.

Setting up the tent, it was going on till after midnight. Wan and I had to go since I had to drive back. Creativity and spontaneous things happened while decorating. One of the equipment guys went to taking the extent of taking his wooden Venetian blinds off his window and set it for the “pelamin” backdrop. We even looked for extra tables from scraps taken from behind block C after chopping some leaves at the corner for our props. Its because we had a “kampong” theme and the leaves were used to be our front entry.

Wan stayed over with me and one of the reasons is to make sure we wake up. If I’m alone I might just keep on snoozing the alarm til 10am. On the way to College, at 6am, picked up Fadila (comel) as she wants to be called at KL SENTRAL and took Kesas to get Angel. However at the Seafield interchange I took the wrong fuck!n ramp and instead of heading to Shah Alam, I had to U turn at Putrajaya Interchange… DAMN!

Finally exiting at Ebor, traffic sucked at Bt 3 as police was controlling it. Got to Sumi’s and started loading stuff. The next second Wan and Sumi were chopping the Pamelos ad I was dropping stuff  at the tent. Picked up the second round of stuff (valuebles) and unloaded the CD’s, laptops, and buntings to be returned last.

Rezlin made a beautiful princess with the costume however Comel (the makeup artist) went overboard with her makeup till her eyes stung. We made it in time for the ribbon cutting and sold caps, t-shirts, gave out pamphlets’.

Time was freakishly running slow today as t-shirts finished selling at barely before 11. It was so hot in the field and everybody is fanning…. Pamelo testings were a great hit as most did not have breakfast. Attractions were also… - Flash presentations, “Pameran” on History, Places Of Interest, and water testing from the “Labu Sayong”…

By the time noon reached stuff was finished and sold. Angel and I went to Sarawak booth and had laksa. Unfortunately its lacking in a lot of taste… quite mild, I think they did not boil the prawn with the shells as the sweetness was not there, too much santan and the sambal used was not enough. I just have to be a critique… since I have had better.

The certificate ceremony marked the closing of the event “Cuti-cuti Malaysia 2007”.

Dropped the stuff at Sumi’s and by 4pm, went to OB class. I was tired and sleepy during that class for a bit. The LCD projectors and lights off did not really help my eyes open.

Angel was also feeling sick, dropped her on the way home. I just did not have the heart to leave her at the train station, so I took Kesas back and dropped her at Bukit Jalil. I got home using the New SMART Tunnel. It just opened and my drive was a breeze. Traffic backed up from Jln Tun Razak in to the tunnel so I exited at Jalan Sultan Ismail / Imbi exit which is next to Berjaya Times Square. Police controlled in front of the Pudu prison intersection and traffic was slow. As the traffic flowed I was lucky that I moved straight to Parlimen road non stop. I took the Kenny Hill shortcut behind Bank Negara as following Jln Kuching, I will never get home as I was feeling feverish already.

I had baked beans and tuna sandwiched for dinner, showered, phoned my bro for a while since we have not talked for quite some time (my Reality) swallowed my pills and landed at 9pm.

Woke up this morning at 6am with a sore throat, needed to drink. Wan smsed that he broke his sleep record as he crashed to bed at 4pm and woke up at 5.45am… I went back to sleep and woke up when Liz called. So sweet of her to say hi and mum called after that…

Gonna make breakfast now. Gotta go college for Pre-registration and have a post-mortem meeting…

To think that this ride is over, I got presentation week coming and finals starting 26th May… Bummer!

Spirit Of THE Victim

Embedded, a trailer of Spirit of The Victim.

Its been way too long since I went to the Cineplex for a movie.... I went with Addy despite the crazy Friday evening traffic, we made it to Mid Valley GSC and watched this Horror Thai film. GSC is just do bloody cold. Even with layers of clothes I still freeze.

Somehow this movie is about reliving/ acting the scene of a crime.. Why? I just dont get it... and somehow provokes the dead as it is said that re-acting scenes of death is torturing the dead. It has layers to the storyboard, a girl from acting class to accepting a job with the liutenant and getting possesed...

I would reccomend Horror movie goers to watch this flick as it is disturbingly scary. I reminds me of Pontianak Harum Sundal Malam since it has an element of traditional dance and possesion...

Watch the trailer, make your way to the cinema for this flick...

S.C.A.R.Y.....

SOME PEOPLE MIGHT GET PARANOID WITH BASEMENT CAR PARKS AFTER WATCHING THIS...
